MA, LPCC
I graduated in 2022 from Adams State University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. I enjoy and am experienced in partnering with clients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds and needs.
I believe we all have the intrinsic ability to know what we need if given the space, time, and environment to connect within ourselves and through a therapeutic relationship. With warmth and authenticity, I strive to offer protected and restorative experiences, where growing into self-discovery, healthy healing and authentic self-acceptance is possible.
From therapeutic play and creative art expressions to traditional talk therapy and somatic awareness, my foundational approach is relational, client-centered and developmentally mindful.

MA, LPCC
I have worked with children and families for 20 years with experience in Behavioral Mental Health as a counselor at Children’s Hospital of Colorado and an Art Educator in Denver Public Schools. I graduated in 2022 with my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University. I believe in the importance of supporting youth, families, and adults by embracing their connection to self and others. I am warm and relational in my humanistic approach with a wacky sense of humor. I am honored to walk alongside you and understand how courageous it is to seek support. There is no one size fits all approach in therapy. In addition to psychotherapy, I believe in the beauty of expressing the turmoil within by using art, sand tray, nature, and play therapy techniques.
Payton Rae
MA, LPC
I graduated from Regis University with a Master’s in Counseling in 2020. I have extensive background working with children and adolescents in various treatment levels including residential, inpatient psychiatric, and in individual capacities. I can offer a judgment free space where kiddos can explore their inner worlds and work through their toughest obstacles. I approach each client differently depending on their needs and interests. Clients can expect to feel listened to and understood in a world that often dismisses or belittles their experiences as a child or adolescent. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work hard to allow clients to feel comfortable and welcome. I am credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado.
